I forgot my PIN

If Face ID is on, tap Forgot PIN? on the lock screen, confirm with Face ID and choose a new PIN. Without Face ID the vault cannot be opened by anyone — including us. That is what makes it private.

How does the decoy PIN work?

With Pro, set a second PIN in Settings. Entering it opens a separate, empty vault you can fill with harmless photos.

Restoring a purchase

Open Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Cancelling a subscription

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Lockleaf Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
